too cheap!

inside of conservatory
inside of swimming pool!
3 or 4 hours!

Did large house, inside and out, conservatory indide and out, £180
full days work, they rounded it up too "because its christmas"
but also because they were pleased with their sparkling conservatory.

£180 for days work residential is perhaps pushing it a bit, but i said upon making my quote that i will pull it down if the jobs not as bad as i thought. So 175 next time!  ;D

But the other thing is that they only want the inside of con doing 2wice a year, so price up a bit, do a good job to match it and everyones happy.

 ;)

Our best job, a newsagents in between two good paying commercial jobs.

One window 3ft by 8ft. Takes about 45 seconds or less.

Pays £2.50.

£150 a year.

Apart from that one pig of a job to do traditionaly, about 2 hours work for 3 of us paying £120 but with wfp, under 30 minutes. It's an old place, with nearly all arkward windows even on the ground floor.

It's a bit embarrising now but the owners are happy and the best bit, only two of us can do it and the 3rd one, me, does almost nothing.  ;D

I have quite a few large houses, and with WFP they are really good, but Ghall is way cheap on that house with swimming pool :o
I do what at least sounds like a similar size house and charge £60 for just the outside....all georgian windows too, including the ones on the swimming pool.

I can only do it for this price because of WFP, though I don't think I could charge much more even if I was doing it trad, but if I was doing it trad then the outside would take me about 2 or 2 and a half hours, takes 40 minutes with WFP, but I try to always charge as if I am using Trad.

If they had inside and out done (and I hope they never do!) I would be charging them about about £130, because of the georgian windows it would take at the very least about 2 and a half hours on the inside :-\
As against and hour or so if they were ordinary windows.

are you sure you're not cleaning 'er majesty's' bucky palace??  I'd get chased with a pitchfork if I asked that much - biggest is £43 takes nearly an hour to clean and they'll probably be expecting me to paint the house come the summer in that!!

Biggest house i got has building in the grounds with a swimming pool.
I charge her £40 outsides £100 with inside clean.( this includes the pool)
I thought i was too cheap but found out that a cleaning company and put in a lower price.
She chose me because she said i put myself across better than the others.
1st clean which was last month took me about 3 hours (outside). Hope i can do it quicker next week when i go back

The best I got is a Rest home for £125 that took me 45 mins on Thurday.

The best house is £80 which takes an hour. I was thinking about dropping the price but then remembered the £4000 the system cost me.
