Title: UPVC Cleaning
Post by: gary evans on December 10, 2005, 07:51:22 am
Hope some will read & pass on info.

I,ve spoken to a few window cleaners doing this & they charge £100.00, £200.00, £250.00 £300.00
per house is this what some of get. Or is this the fishing syndrome.

I,ve done them from £20.00 for a complete clean & gutters from £10.00, perhaps this is why i never made any money.

Look forward to your posts

P.S Left message in previous, concerning bungalows at £50.00 if you could read that also.

I've talked the talk, next month i have to walk the walk with my first gutter clean(wfp). Any tips would be great. I've quoted £30, hoping it will take no more than 45 mins. Should i add anything to the water, or just leave as is? Ta  ;)

run along the gutter to soak first, dont add anything to the water and then go back and scrub. i do alot of gutters including the fascia and soffits and charge £60.00 upwards. usually takes 1/2 hr to 1 hr and comes up lovely. customers still think its very good value for money. try and price it as if your doing it off a ladder and then knock a little off.
