£5 a day in winter fund ... keep to 1 side until needed ..... except I spend some of mine in August ::) but with mild winter so far I will be alright
u prob need more than a fiver a day to 1 side though Rich .... maybe about the £6.50 level ;D

emergency action plan... the snow starts i stop put all equipment in shed then start again when its gone i dont mean a couple of inches of snow will stop me. 3 or 4 feet for a month stops me.

EMERGENCY ACTION PLANS ;D ;D ::)
You are not that important.

If things get as bad as last year I might start offering snow clearing & gritting services, probably targeting estates with older ppl who wouldn't be able to do it themselves. So far this winter has been fairly kind though,.. a couple of inches of snow is fine so long as its still safe to drive.

Luckily, because I earn £350 a day, seven days a week I have put by £30,000 just in-case we get snowed in for a week.

probably its due to us pricing higher and working faster. we're WFP and so thats a lot easier of course. not sure if youre trad or WFP? was just watching a demo by alex gardiner of one of his new poles SL extreme, and how he cleans the window is like our maintenance clean technique, i think.
