Currently using a white Extreme from Gardiners with my SLX30
Ive found that with the hot water (around 55/60 degrees at the brush head), the bristles soften and dont have the same scrubbing power as when the brushes are cold and stiffer
Are the stiff sill brushes an option?

Mark - thats in degrees C mate
Cleancare - thanks mate. A new chart I see. Alex has obviously been getting a few questions like this.
What I am really looking for is your experience in using a brush that maintains a good scrubbing feel-I guess it might be the stiff sill brush for me

Surely you don't need to scrub that much as hot water is so much better than cold.in fact can't you just rinse no scrubbing as it just melts dirt off the windows!
