Title: Bought these showa gloves earlier
Post by: bad trippy on December 14, 2011, 11:33:22 pm: Had a pair of showa gloves last winter, they were fantastic, less than a fiver if i remember,100% waterproof,rip and tear free, they were fairly warm,but had no insulation inside.
Saw these on Ebay earlier,thought i would give em a blast

i swear by them, so warm even in -5

if you watch trawlermen on tv, they wear the same. (and you can imagine how cold and wet they get on the boats in the north sea!

Post by: Perfect Windows on December 17, 2011, 09:22:53 am: If by the small gloves you mean the 377s, just bung them in the washer at 40deg with your clothes; they come out fine. I wash these ones as well.

Post by: RO-Sheen on December 19, 2011, 03:56:37 pm: Dunno tbh. I just took delivery in the last few minutes for the Showa fleeced that are mentioned at the top of this email. They are waterproof and look quite good. Will try them out tomorrow and let you know......
