I have just been working out how much money I have lost over the last 12 months due to not getting around to my jobs in the agreed time each month.
Some months everything went fine and we hit the 4 week schedule spot on, but other months we had problems so might have been 5 or even 6 weeks.
its amazing how easily it adds up to a big loss.

Got behind by one week, thats because we took it off to fit our kitchen

I'm hardly ever on time i'm a 1 man set up wfp trolley.
Next year will get a reel and try to keep trolley on board as much as poss.
I say monthly but average 5 weeks.
People tend to say i was expecting you.
Guy i use to work for was always bang on time which was good for turn over; but custies always moaning it can't be a month already ;D
In the current climate i'd rather have a bit too much work and be a bit late ;)

i am always late, never on the due date, just go with the flow and get there when i get there ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ah, but it's easy not to fall behind when you've only got a small round.

If you are working all day every day then you are not actually losing anything.
When you run out of work, then you lose money.
