Looking towards planning for the new year , just confirmed new contract for Gutter Cleaning for large building maitenance company looking after three major housing associations. 32 houses in preston this week and one large complex in Liverpool weather permitting.
Been on to the housing associations to sell my pressure washing services.
Been on there books for the last twelve months and have has some good work.
Have some refrigeraton case cleans scheduled early new year and possibly another supermarket chain interested in our services.
Have a carwash in Oldham which is a a pain what with staffing etc was looking to sell doesnt make me anything just pays its way.
Already had one business partner was considering another.... got to make a decision cant run both on my own
Anyone doing refrigeration case cleaning in the North west may have some work New Year

what does this refrigeration case cleaning involve we could be interested in this which companies are you working with as id be interested in taking on any window cleaning work

Not quoting a gutter job in Darwen are you Billy by any chance? Large estate.
Got a 2 residential blocks to do Thursday but last Friday bad luck came in 3. 2 motors are knackered on the vac, the arms snapped off due to weight and a wheel fell off! ;D ;D ;D
No time to get the vac sorted, we're on a brick clean Salford Precinct tomorrow and Wednesday.
Looks like we're using ladders!

No not quoting in Darwen- is it a tender, two more jobs only small received this evening in Bolton and Radcliffe.
Just Quoted one in Bradford twice a year for next 3 years used Google maps to view properties
Refrigeration Case cleans involves cleaning condensers - evarporaters- deck pans and honey combs- just buillt a new website not live yet.
