Who's a happy bunny then ;D
I'm going to be struggling along with my estate car for a while yet, I'm a little confused about the regs coming in next year regarding emissions inside the M25, I hear that most vans but not all made before 06 wont pass etc. So I'll be struggling on with my Xtype 3.0 Jag for a but longer ;D
I was bored last night and started looking at Vivaro's on ebay ;D

I have got a full roof rack for one of those. Proper factory built, galvanised with a roller.
It is sitting in the garden waiting for somebody to take an interest.

I had a quick look at where you are, I am in cornwall so just about as far away as we could get. How do you fancy a road trip to the seaside??

Good van. I ran a 2001 1.9d for 5 or 6 years with no bother.
Do yourself a favour- if it doesn't come with TWO keys get yourself another one! If you lose & break your only key then you're knackered!!!! It has a chip matched to the ignition & immobiliser.

cheers m8,luckily i have 2 keys.glad you like them.i just gotta order some protectakote, any idea how many litres i would need for it?
cheers

Thankfully the Jag runs on LPG at about 78p a litre, so it could be worse if I ran her on Petrol. I'd love a van, but until we are working a little harder than we are at the moment I'll be putting up with the car :)
Jag's are nice, but there's something very manly about a van ;D

Iv`e a Kangoo 1.9 diesel witha 800Kg payload it`s an absolute cracking little van had it over 2 years and it`s done me proud but sadly need a bigger van and very reluctant to sell :'( it but needs must ;)

Never coated mine, just ply lined. My set up is very dry though! ;)
Payload on mine was 625kg. I had a 400ltr flat tank in it, probably on the limit when full :o but I can say the van handled it no problem! ;)
-
Mines a 1.9 D.same as winpros old one.the high roof is great for poles.I have a 350 in mine.I wouldnt Like to put anything bigger in there.great little van.a bit sluggish with a full tank though!luckily my work is in an 8 mile area.
-
i just got the 1.5dci 2003. so far so good. its 625 payload and to be fair it pulls quite well for a small engine i have a 400 litre tank in there..had to take the bulkhead out though as no way enough room for poles with it. did you get an ex british gas 1 with all the extra locks etc??

Don't think so m8,no extra locks, must admit seems nippy!
looks like the weathers gonna be crap tommorow,so gonna get it all sorted,im not bothering with a tank in this van, just going to have 2 backpacks and 1 trolley.
Have 4 poles, gonna put the poles on the roof inside van in gutter pipes.
Then im going to have approx 20 bottles in the van!Atleast that way ill be taking a good few out each day,can leave in the house untill the morning so they don't freeze!
I find my work quicker with backpacks on trolleys.
