automatically deletes a customer when it reaches a certain parameter,such as a monthly clean customer cancels twice on the run so on and so on

I'm sure it could be programmed into software by whoever does the source code but whether anyone has ever actually done it is anybody's guess.
Wouldn't it be better to have a report setup called "possibledeletions" in case of programming error.  That way you could skim through them to make sure no-one is on the list in error.  A "select all" option would be helpful with such a feature.
