I'm sure it could be programmed into software by whoever does the source code but whether anyone has ever actually done it is anybody's guess.
Wouldn't it be better to have a report setup called "possibledeletions" in case of programming error. That way you could skim through them to make sure no-one is on the list in error. A "select all" option would be helpful with such a feature.
