What happened Simon?
Just seen the news and they opted for new carpets throughout rather than have them cleaned ;D

Erm, don't think so, there are a100 miles of carpet on QM2. Some carpets are replaced during a refit, but only those at the end of there service life, which is minimised by regular cleaning.

I heard they took up a Groupon offer at 85% discount.. so could afford new carpets elsewhere  ;)
