Title: house cleaning
Post by: PURER CLEAN on December 08, 2011, 08:24:05 pm
Had a customer ask me the other day if i could clean the front of her house. But not the windows, she wanted the paint work done  :o
Never come across this before  :-\ have any of you guys done anything like this?
now ive thought about it, i think it would be a fantastic earner  ;) but how would YOU charge for it????
Im thinking quite a lot of money  ;) as its not some thing you do once a month & its not something that just anyone can or would do. Could be well worth looking at, and you could make it quite a specialised thing  :-\ it would cost loads of money to get the front of a house repainted. & thats the reason why i think you could charge quite a lot of money for this servise.
Your thoughts PLEASE  ;D

decent pressure washer and a ladder will get the job done.

Pretty straightforward - can be a decent earner and very simple.

Average front of 3 bed house should take about 4 hours max including set up and clear up.
£100 seems like a fair price to me.

Get a fan jet brush on, crank the pump up to full and low pressure wash off all the dirt thats how i would do it and yes any job thats only once a year i.e. gutters/fascias carries a premium in my world.
