Ordered myself a new 22SLX online Monday night - arrived Wednesday morning. :)
Also ordered a resineck with swivel but they sent a non swivel in error so rang them up yesterday Wednesday and explained the problem - no worries says the helpful lady we will send you another one out with a prepaid return envelope for the wrong part to be returned.
Gets another call later on to say postage exceeds the value of the part to be returned so I can have it for free :D :D
which was dead handy as I shattered the origianal non swivel resineck that came with the pole when "modifying" it last night.
Cant say fairer than that really :)

Same here mate lol I ordered the slx22 which came on Monday but I order the wrong resi so phoned back and ordered the correct part came yesters and still wrong lol.

Ian are you using triggers, taps or aqua dapter with ur poles????
Always used an aqua on a clx22 but not had it on the slx this week seems amazing without the added weight but hate the loop in the hose.

Yes I have to agree they are refreshing to do business with, in my book it's what you do about things when they go wrong that counts the most, and they do step up to the mark even when it's not their wrong in the first place ;D

I ordered my new CLX22 yesterday no messing great customer service, tried can I have some discount but was assured that when I buy my Super Max in the new year I should get some. Really helpfull professional and polite...
Someother companies (naming no names) could learn a thing or two from Gardiners...
