Title: You've got to love customers

Had one on the phone today 2 x 2 seaters fabric,2 small bedrooms,H/S/L and a small office,can we not do something with the price as rooms are only small and its only a 5 minute job  :o :o

Had a call from an asian guy today.

Can you give me a price for a job please,it'll only take you half an hour,Its a small room(heard that one before) a HSL and a rug.

I tolm him it takes me half an hour to unload,set up and pack up.I give him a price and needless to say Ive not heard back ;D

We're getting loads of price shoppers  at the minute, all wanting it done for next to nothing, one guy rang me the other day saying he had a 3 bedroom house in Gosforth and he'd been quoted £50 to do all his carpets ..... could I do it for any less!!!

Got stopped on my way in the shop tonight " how much do you charge for a light clean, just a light clean"  ???

Id love this job if I didnt have to deal with customers  ;D

I'd have offered to bonnet it and charged a slightly lower rate?

Give them a duster and say clean the bulb yourself
