Title: 0800's
Post by: Matt Gibson on December 05, 2011, 04:23:25 pm
What companies do you guys use?

I would be needing to divert it to my mobile during the day when im out, and ive heard you can get it so it rings differently on your landline, or is this to do with your phone?

Any info would be great,

Cheers,

Matt

My bill is no more than £20 a month.

Just got the bill for previous month. 85 incoming calls at a call duration of 01:44:19 for £14.60 + VAT.

cheers guys,

Lee, do you have that ''call whisper'' option? how do you know when the call is from the 0800 number or if its just for your home number?

Looking at getting one in the new year, making a few changes..

I have a few questions about safecontractor and chas, ill shoot you an email later..

What's call whisper?

If you take the '0' off an 0800 number ringing from a mobile it's free. But I think this is only certain numbers. I've gone to ring an 0800 number and had a message saying taking the zero off.

call whisper, where when your phone rings, and you pick it up, there is a short message letting you know its coming through the 0800 number...so if its going to your landline at home, you know if its your mate ringing, or if its a potential customer..
