when subbing out such a small amount of work which you will maybe never clean do you use any kind of contract with your subby or is it sort of references and take a punt on him?

just thinking cos a dishonest person might approach the shop owners/managers or who ever himself!

i had a few shops that i dropped never had time for them keep getting offered from time to time but its not my thing maybe subbin them out could be thou!
