I have floatex carpet to do next week. The customer - day nursery, wants carpet protector applied as well.
Never done floatex so whats the best method to use and is it possible to apply protector on this type of carpet?
Any thoughts highly appreciated!
Cheers

Emil,
You don't need protector on Flotex, it is a waste of the customers money, especially in a nursery as it will wear off in no time with all the sand they tend to have about the place.
You've got to be careful where you apply protector because if it is perceived not to work the customer will blame you and get someone else next time.

I did some experimenting and found green surround Encap scrubbed in with shampoo brush worked well. Used porty to extract the excess.
