very helpful indeed.
story: i ordered one polo, one shirt and one t shirt just to see the quality of stuff and embroidery etc ...
they informed me that the workwear sizings are a bit generous, so i thought im a medium so ill stick with a medium.
they emailed me on the day saying orders coming to you today and it did.
problem was the generous medium was more like a large and is simply to big for me, so i emailed them saying thanks for the hard work and the delivery but its too big for me - which is more my fault really.
they just sent me the stuff again in a smaller size free of charge!!! great customer service!!!
if anyones gonna order or ask them a question then ask for mark and please mention i martin - clockwork cleaning gloucester put you there way just to show my appreciation for there customer service.

Yeah - those guys are brilliant. I got some stuff workwear embroidered in June and people keep asking if we are a franchise!
