I would amend that clean's price to the amount your are charging.
If it's already completed you can call up the job, go to history and amend the price and the payment as needed.

Mark it as done & paid, then you have the option to write off all or so much as you want and you are able to mark down a reason as to why you wrote off

I'd go with Dave's method of marking down the job.
Write off's should be used to record debts you've been unable to chase.
Declare too many write off's and the tax man will take an interest !!

If you use pocket George  you can change job price , don't tick the ' make new price 'box and job will remain the same price as you put in when you set up job.

dont write the debit off that looks bad at end of your accounts what you need to do if it is marked as done and paid on george go in to the customers card click on history click on the job you want to change and manually change the price on that job
