i have been using pencil jets for 6 years and only for the last 6 weeks i have been using fans alot more and do find that i am quicker so that was the reason i asked about the new ones because i think if they were 1.5mm we would use alot less water.

Yes there cable tie mounts from b&q £1.40 pk of 10

Just drill a small hole in the top of the mount to allow ur hose in... I used to tiny self tapping screw to secure them to the brush head and job done.. 10 mins work and now the jets are knock proof.

I got gardiner pencil jets in my new brush and im not as impressed with them as the vikan jets.the vikan jets seem to spray out faster and longer than the gardiner, dont ask me why all i know is when this brush is knackered im going back to vikan.

Snapped mine this morning >:(had to go back to my old brush with the blue fans and actually find that the older fans give a better spray from the same output.
