Can someone help me with a carpet that keeps browning when it dries.
I have tried speed drying and low moisture.

Browning prescription 1-1 with cold water apply leave half hour and rinse plain water. Plenty vaccum passes and then get dry asap.

I'd just spray it with browning prescription, maybe a tad weaker at 1:3, brush it in or bonnet over it, and just leave it at that. No point rinsing it out and no point getting the carpet wet from extraction again.
BP can take a while to work.

Oxibrite and fibrebuff mixed together in a little dry foam shampoo, spray on, rotary brush it in and leave it to dry.

What kind of carpet is it? Does it have a Jute backing?
If it is carpet tiles it may be wick back and not browning.

What an unusual combination, a cleaning firm that is also a personal finance broker??
