Post by: markpowell on November 21, 2011, 08:14:35 pm
Can anyone remember White Wizard Stain remover and know if it is still available from anywhere in the uk?
It was all the rage from what i remember, just found an empty tub in the garage when having a sort out.

Perhaps they'll rename it 'Gandalfs Gentlemans Gel' make it more contempary, like.

Hi

You get it from Kleeneze, it used to be £4.99 a tub and it really is excellent stuff, great on cuffs & Collars.

I have a customer who used it on 2 coke stains on her rose pink Laura Ashley suite (dry clean only). The result was 2 white spots the size of apples with the coke stains remaining in the middle.

Classic customer DIY!

I don't know the composition but I'd guess it's the forerunner to our current powdered oxidisers.
