Title: mileage records ?

looked a a mileage book today do you really need to state where you are going and where you are coming from

or can you just state eg monday 10th 30 miles  ??? ???

Call the tax man and ask and keep a record of the person who you speak to.

if your doing a heck of a lot of miles then maybe, otherwise if It's reasonable and can be explained not so bad. but if in doubt, ask, and as said, keep record of who spoke to
