Title: Mold & Mildew on walls

Been asked by a friend, to clean the mold & mildew off two walls in a flat.
Going to see the job on Tuesday.

He has recently purchased the property and is looking to have the walls cleaned before decorating.

Detol mould and mildew remover from Tesco £2.90 at the moment, it will melt it off the walls, no scubbing required

I agree with above but the root cause must be fixed first
