They are OK. Does what it says on the tin basically.
There are a couple of minor things I would change but that's just personal preference. Unless you have a fair bit of work for them, you may find the expense unnecessary. You can get Vikan Easyshine instead and use the head on one of your own poles. Use slightly damp pads on the end and it does an OKish job. However, you need to put a very light spray directly onto the pad every few windows (i.e. bring the pole down each time). For larger jobs it is more practical to use the dragonfly to save keep bringing down the pole.

nice one. i was wondering because i do a lot of trad on shops and when it comes to high windows i thought it might be worth investing , trouble is i cant afford to make mistakes and im a bit worried about smears

To avoid smears, try to avoid using them on first cleans. Also, keep the water to a minimum. The faintest of sprays is just fine. It is also advisable to have a good supply of clean pads. The amount supplied with the kit isn't really enough unless you are just using them on small jobs. I wash the pads with ordinary powder plus some de-stainer in the machine.
