Title: lesson learned!!

a new development of offices were finished in an area i work

to get as many as poss i priced them all without charging builders clean...as well as complimentry free inside clean for the first time...provided i get regular work out of it

the price was for 4 week regular cleans

out of the half douzen priced (all accepting the free inside clean and builders clean)...one cancelled after first time, and two have insisted on 12 week rota's!!!!!

wont be doing all that work for virtually nothing EVER again :(

have to price accordingly .always charge for builders cleans one offs etc.

its called the prostitute theory

thats why they charge upfront

not saying your a prostitute of course  ;)
