Does anyone know if the new One-Step Premium is any good? You're supposed to be able to dilute it at up to 60:1!"
-
Hi Guys,
Haven't tried one step I currently use Craftex when MS'ing.
Phosphates are readily soluble in water and it has surprised me that someone hasn't done this before , afterall why transport so much water when you can add it as required.

What does the Craftex microsplitter dilute at, and how much is it?

Matt,
Recommended is 20:1 and I think it's £9.99 for 5l but I might be wrong.

Do you have the contact details for craftex. I have used easy step in the past, however the price you suggest is cheaper it might be worth giving it a try

Gort,
I've got the number at work - as I'm looking into stocking the Craftex stuff myself. The new One-Step is considerably cheaper at up to 60:1 though.

Try www.craftex.net Microsplitters aren't on there yet, however new catalogue will be uploaded soon.

Cheap comes in 2 ways
1. cheaper product does same
2. cheaper product does half the job
we come across this in our industry all of the time, experiment by all means but don't always buy on price alone.

PS I am not tied to any company so please don't take this as a sales pitch!

Dereck Bolton is using One-Step Premium, and seems to be getting on fine with it (according to other forum).
