Title: siemens reading
Post by: gaza on November 30, 2005, 10:11:43 pm
Ive been told my new machine measures its self in siemens, instead of tds
is siemens purer than tds .the machine reads 28 instead of 000 because it needs a final regenerating of the resin ,can anyone out there put my mind at rest?

Normally I'd do a seacrh on Google find out and post a reply. I'm short on time so I'll I hold my hands up - I've never even heard of a 'siemens reading'

I'd be interested to know the answer!

1 ppm TDS = 1.56 Micro Siemens per cm

Click here for conductivity converter (http://www.lenntech.com/unit-conversion-calculator/tds_engels.htm)
