Hi,

I've had an Orange SPV C500 smartphone for over a year now.  It's got TomTom satnav for the whole of Europe, my diary, over 300 contacts, and is a damn good phone as well.  The basic phone has now been superceded by the C550, and is due to be succeeded by the C600.  Mine was free on an upgrade, and has been superb.  I don't use George, so don't know about its suitability for George.

Yours, Andrew

You must be psychic (I need a spell checker!!!!)
I was only thinking about that last night.

Thanks Andrew,

I'm going today to see my local phone shop and I'll ask his advice.
I'll post any other phone he might recomend.

Hi,

Had a look on Ebay. Try clicking on http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SPV-C500-Orange-Camera-Smartphone-Windows_W0QQitemZ6454911388QQcategoryZ98870QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

They seem to be out of stock new, but can be picked up second hand.

Hi Guys

PocketGeorge will run on any mobile phone running PalmOS - it won't run on anything running WindowsCE/PocketPC or Symbian.

I know the Treo is ok - but I'm sure there are others ...

Got me self a SPV C550 FREE with my Orange Contract.
Love the ActiveSync with my PC.
Using Microsoft Outlook I can sort out my Diary on My PC the upload it to my phone.

Anyone know where I can get Pocket Microsoft Office to instal on my C550?

Then I can put my Database on it!

Thanks
David
