Title: How to start the oven cleaning business?
Post by: AJCleaningServices on November 27, 2005, 06:03:37 pm
Hi,
I live in Newcastle upon Tyne and would like to start the oven cleaning business.  Buying a franchise does not look a good idea to me.
Can anybody advice where to get a proper training, where to buy appropriate chemicals and solution/dipping tank?
Thanks a lot,
Arthur

Hi Arthur

I service cookers and think there is a market for oven cleaning. Did you find out where to obtain a van based tank?
If so, would you mind sharing the info?

Hello Eric,
I have seen the tank on e-bay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7566016380&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1), but decided not to buy it, as I am not going into that business.
The cheapest training and the tank I have found here (http://www.thebusinessopportunity.co.uk), to find out more about that place you should ask clifford123 (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=13750.40#msg99032).  You could also ask cloveclean (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=2776.0#msg98550) to see what he/she knows, but he/she has not told me.
Regards,
Arthur
