got 2 houses opposite each other
mrs jones has been monthly for ages then take mrs smith on as a new customer and put her on bimonthly
a few months later mrs smith sees me cleaning mrs jones and says why not doing hers - cos your bimonthly i tells her - says make mine monthly from now on says mrs smith same as her across the road - no problem i says
so ...... their yesterday and mrs jones decides to go bimonthly during the winter ::)

Sods law but the one did say do it monthly ;D ;D or is the other one trying to get out of give you a christmas tip ;D ;D

lol the face was like pale this is like the 5th clean!
told her its half a clean next time if you skip again its 3x the clean so you aint really saving unless you cancel lol
(oh its all bi monthly for me i never price monthly anymore)
if i were u i would talk them out of monthly and put them both on bi windows dont need cleaning so often all u need to say and they save a fortune over the year its better for you too , u get less not this time

thats right takes much longer to establish,
but end of the day , your cancellation and messser rate is much lower , you can also enjoy a higher hourly rate as customers in most cases are happy to pay you little extra as its only 6x a year.
i feel the strength of a bi monthly is greater then a monthly , customers are normally more serious too,
as you have double the customers you will also expand easier a 5 cancellation here and there means nothing,you are covering alot of different houses with add on requests , and recommendations
it does take time to build up but
its just better for you in the longer run,
