Prove a real name and real business interest to the forum at sign up, then maybe just a first name, possibly with company name if applicable.
Scrap the constant name changing - if a name change is really necessary then a message to the mods?
Personal message via the forum OR email contact - to stop the FAO ____ type posts

yeah and lets ban everyone who changes their name. lets stop people writing what they like too. lets make members show us what they look like and use their real name. lets just ban everyone and make them all rejoin the forum but only if they prove who they are with a driving licence or passport. then ban them again just to make sure you get all the one man bands and trad guys out. then lets have only van mounted window cleaning firms with more than one vehicle.
then lets post crap on the forum about people using their real name.

Does this mean people will need to put 'formally known as' after their name so we know who they really are? Seems like a daft idea to me, can the moderators elaborate as to why its necessary?
