Post by: soapscentz on November 27, 2005, 02:13:39 am
Hi team,
just wondering if anybody out there has any experience of dealing with facilites management companies, those companies that have customers go to them and then they subcontract the cleaning out, or even where you could contact them as tried the internet-not much help and also the local phone book, any help would be very much apprecieted.  ???

My tip!!

I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH FACILITES MANGEMENT MY HUBBY WORKED WITH SOME ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO.
TALK ABOUT DON'T CARE ABOUT HAVING A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP, THEY WILL DROP YOU AS SOON AS LOOK AT YOU AND COULD LEAVE YOU IN HEAPS OF DEBT.

DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

hi there,

my experience of fm companies is very different.

they will pay the price for the service.

its all about how you manage the client,  remember your clients are your business, they are not an inconvenience to you, they are the life blood of the business..

manage the client correclty, build the relationship, and in  time short circuit the tender process, to win more business.

fm work can be a nice product to add your portfolio, with regard to profitability.

regards

martin
