The engine looks genuine to me - an old one but a Honda. No idea about the pump I'd assume it was genuine if the motor was

the pump looks like the same as what they use in the alto/kew comercial range

the pump is wap, but they are now called nilfisk, also used to be called kew and nilfilsk alto, different companies buying eachother out, you should still be able toget parts for it at you local nilfisk dealer or any decent pressure washer service centre. I'd say the honda is genuine, have a look for the word 'honda' and gx340 stamped/engraved on the main part of the engine, also a japnese word on the carb, something like 'shing hei'??
