Hi all

How many sq ft should cleaning staff cover per hour?

Why I ask is I have a little job come up 2,220 sq ft (cleaned every day) and they want cleaning staff supervised!  ??? ???

Hi Al,
Think the going rate is about 2500 sq.ft. per hour on retail at least. Been doing it for years but never used the measurement, just had a good look around and estimated from there. Hope this helps,

the trouble im having is we have to price on size as we are not allowed in to see the new office!!

I would be wary of that, nothing is ever as simple as it seems. You may have to add in a bit extra to cover "unknown events/items" but not enough to put you out of the running & if you don't need it, then its a bonus,
