Title: stainless steel

You know those push panels on doors etc made of stainless steel that people stick their hands all over.  We clean them with SS cleaner and baby oil but how do you bring it back looking fresh once its got that kind of brown ingrained look?  Its probably dirt but there must be a good product out there.  Any ideas?
