Title: 110v upright vac with powerbrush

Does anyone know if anything like this exists? Can't find anything but I bet they have them in the States.

yep. We have brain cells here in the South too. In fact, the only difference is that we don't paying an honest price for something  ;D

Thought USA ebay you'd get a 2nd hand one and just change the plug to a contractors, you could also get a transformer 240v to 110v and use the one you have already got, but I guess your superior Southern brain will have already thought of that ya big girls blouse.

I'm sure I saw one about ten years ago..like a pile lifter on steroids ...very heavy.

Not me mate, the HSE (health and safety exec) already did. something to do with 110v = ouch and 240v = pushing up the daisy's
