Title: Thinking of selling up
Post by: R W C™ on November 09, 2011, 11:22:40 am
But not got a clue what to sell for, just the round at the minute as wanting to keep van as going to new area, the round is well priced, all good payers either bacs, cash, or cheques in the post, all Wfp, earns 4.3k a month with plenty of add on and new work, website ranking at top of google, business name, I haven't pushed the business for the last year as got too much, is 6x too much

i paid ten times for mine.  turned out the best money ive ever spent.  all depends on who its suits.  i reckon the biggest problem youve got is cos the income is so high, theres not many people who have 25 grand spare.  reckon you might have better luck splitting it into 2 or 3 parts

I could probably split it into 6 parts but the thing is I wouldn't want too sell 3 parts and struggle to sell the rest, 10x wow 43k would be nice

houses! or commercial! if commercial then your get top price for your round! window cleaning rounds can go for silly money but that's normally someone getting into the trade

I wouldn't pay top money for any commercial work unless it came with solid contracts! Too unstable these days!

i will second that ,have a think RWC  , you would be selling your best asset.

IE a year round income with virtually no hassle   ;)  year in year out  8)

holidays when you want ,no one to answer to.

East Sussex nice area!,why do you want to sell?

its only worth what someone pretty much wants to pay
say its all wfp , what percentage is text/call before? say its less then 50%?
established longer then 2 years?

i think it could fly to the next buyer pretty quick for 20-30k
getting a bit more might take a bit of xtra time
but as you can see people seem to be paying 10x for rounds too!
