Title: Fogwash Problem

Can anyone suggest whats wrong when i connect to hose reel with microbore it cuts out disconnect it starts.

Won't fire unless water is flowing through it and at the right flow rate.

Water is flowing through it heats water then connect to hose reel which has microbore it cuts out.

Have you got enough of a flow rate. Not enough and you will find it cuts out.

Connect hosereel and pole hose, open the pole valve and watch the heater. If no clicking can be heard then alter the flow setting a little on the heater dial. When it fires up mark the setting on the casing for future reference.

did this fix it?! I'm interested to see as this would mean you might have to have higher flow rate, and therefore more water, to use hot water system as this.
