right lads , have i missed any new methods on cleaning , upholestery, been to see client to day had about 5 two seater chairs had to walk away as all where cotton viscos looked nice but dont have a dry cleaning machaine ,is their any new chemicals or methods out their to clean them , these had lots of viscos in it certanly dont whant to risk wet cleaning , ps phone still dead , glad ive got my regulars ,going to do mail shot this week end see i can drum up some work, who are you all doing

Definately did right thing, if in doubt dont touch it some one will be tempted to tackle it at their perrill.
If it was bad dry cleaning wont touch it, if it is lightly soiled you may be able to dry vac throughly and mist with dryclean then terry towel repeat where needed, but like i say if it is bad stay away.
As for your second point, i`m glad i`v been established 21 years and have a good balance between domestic and commercial customers as new business is scarce, still getting regulars ringing.
Cant see this xmas been a classic but on the whole been a reasonable year all considered.
