Title: What are the chemicals to buy?
Post by: Stu Roberts on November 07, 2011, 10:05:42 pm
Hi, just starting up my own carpet cleaning business and I'm wondering which chemicals I should spend my cash on. I've read that prochem are very good, but if so, which combination is the best to go for, ie pre-spray and shampoo. Thanks

:o  I'm sorry but that's just not the right question to ask its all about personal preference and using chemicals that you have practised and been trained with so you are comfortable with,

Or is this a wind up?

You forgot you'll need an acid rinse for the first two mentioned.

Thanks for the tips guys... I've been working with a chap for a while now who uses a lot of Prochem gear, and I just wanted to get a feel for what other people preferred to use..... Daz seems to be a great option, although I've been using Persil for a while!!! lol

Got a couple of training courses coming up.

That's the problem of having people working with / for you, they always want to set up on their own and you end up with a competitor who knows who all your customers are.
