I believe my broker/insurer is worse than useless in the "err.... dunno I'll get back to you .... here's a good quote .... oh actually .... duh etc " stakes.
Who can I talk to who has some common sense re:
1. Employee driving (25+)
2. Van with fitted tank - DiY system
3. Might add a fogwash jobby mid term
Please?

stephen eyre at G.T.Insurance, he is very helpful, his number is 0115 9394747, we have started going to him now as helpful and competetive, all our insurances are here, we had an unusual item to insure and he found out about it to make sure we were covered (not work related)
hope that helps

Hi Gold
I'm Bristol based and have had full time WC employees who are insured to drive my van for a good few years, I use Commercial Vehicle Direct, they are also Bristol based and have always found me a good policy "always fully comp".
Having the luxury of being able to allow your employee to drive your van will free up your time and make the working week far more efficient. ;)

Got all my documents through today £600 cheaper than i was paying with Direct line , Dan got me insured with Highways insurance which is part of LV Insurance , Plus for as a add on for £70.00 a year you can be supplied with a courtesy van fitted with a van mount WFP system ,
Found it difficult to get my L200 pickup insured with most insurers along with 400 ltr tank which is secured with two 10 ton ratchet straps along with my Stream box pump and battery pack .
Great customer service ask for Dan Such , 01993 844 996 , MIKE
