hi there, i am doing a draft h & s sheet, i need to pick your brains or what do you think .Accidents
i have put this bit in but not sure if (a) its legal and (b) and if the worst happened , would this stand up in a court of law
Accidents should be reported on the day it happened. We dont normally accept work related accidents reports , which has been left for 3 days after the accident. except under exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the head of the health & saftey at kis cleaning
the 3 days been 1 the day it happened 2 if their rota off next day and the 3rd day their back to work they need to report the accident in the book or they can not claim against my business. OR has anyone got a clause in theirs they may share please, unless of course you think this looks ok
