Hi all its my birthday soon and i will be expecting alot of cash coming my way.
Just need some advise about sticking it in the bank. Would it raise suspicions with the tax man?
Cheers J

Tax man won't notice £20, it's neither here nor there so far as he's concerned.
-
birthday money???
are you 12
-
im talking £300 + :S
-
I shall invest it for thee, just send it on and I shall delete my account.
Many thanks
Iwitot Swindle.

Yes, if investigated, the tax man would ask questions.
Maybe you'd better stick it my bank account.
PM me Yah?
-
Dont stick it in an account you use for business and you should be fine. One thing i would do is make a note of where it has come from just incase the tax man asks in future.... i believe they check personal accounts too
-
say you won it in the bookies :)
-
They'll ask to see the winning tickets from the bookies. It's up to you to prove where it comes from. Guilty until you can prove yourself innocent as far as HMRC are concerned.
-
I am lost why you expecting money and who from
-
is this a serious question? if they did ask you, which is highly unlikely, just say its birthday money???

Is this a serious window cleaning related question? I'm sure there are more relevant sites for this.
