Title: Terry towels
Post by: md_cleaning on November 23, 2005, 04:38:59 pm
I have been trying to get some Terry towels for a couple of weeks and can't find a single place that sells them.
Express cleaning did'nt even seem to have any on the web site, found some at Prochem in the end.
Has anyone else had this problem or is there only me that still uses them? ???

look in exchange & mart, there are plenty of suppliers who sell the vaccum packed towels for a good price.

Got some from mothercare once - they left fluff all over everything, even after going through the washing machine several times.

Find a local sunlight or hotel distributer of towels and sheets they often sell off big bags when they are no longer fit for hotels but are great for our job. otherwise ask your granny

Get some from Prochem, Chemspec etc. They should last you for years - so it's probably not worth spending time shopping around. If you get some from a carpet cleaning suppliers you know they're right for the job, top quality, and aren't going to leave fluff all over everything.

I get mine from Mothercare and have never had any problems with them leaving fluff everywhere!

Must have changed them then, when I got mine they left fluff all over everything which was a real pain in the *rse.

Ended up having to sort them out from the decent ones I already had and binning them. Plus they were much thinner so not as hard wearing or absorbent.

If you want shop ones suggest Boots might be better quality.
