try Jenny Harris jennyharris@minutemanpress.com, not sure on price tbh but they do quick turnaround,

Not sure for 20k, but for 5k the best I found for decent quality was stressfreeprint.co.uk

gallopprint i use. good prices, and they don't mind redesigning until you are happy.
