Rater than have pump and battery, would this be any use ???

depends on how you want to clean the windows,
By washing them
  or by flooding them

Plus I would have thought that you would need something like a tanker full of water for a days work, but apart from those little comments it should work OK

well it may br the case that WFP is good because you cant look in the windows upstairs
but what if you wake up the whole neighbourhood when you come to clean the windows >:(

its a NO

it pumps up to 110Ltr/min

now most use 1 Ltr per min :)

you would need a pretty big water container for storage

bought the lot for a contract to clean the glasgow tenements.
