Hi all,
Is it a bad time to start a window cleaning business ?
Thanks ;D
-
Yep its a bad time to start anything let alone one that involves freezing yer nads off. ;D
-
you might have to dig a little deep to find the customers as its competetive but theres always dirty windows waiting.

this is a brilliant week weather wise, went to shop monday night stepped out the house i just started to go into a shaking spasm as if i was in the arctic, been in bed ever since, to top it all i now have severe tonsilittus shined a torch in mouth this morning it looked like my throat was painted red, doctors today i wouldnt mind if the weather was c..p but its not, sunny in north east.

If you have the motivation it's never a bad time. People will tell you that customers you pick up in winter are generally the best sort, i.e. they genuinely want a regular service.
-
thanks for that , i start friday :o

There is work out there just get out there and knock on some doors :)
-
Best time to start.
When you get to spring/ summer....(if you last the winter), you will wander what all the fuss was about!
-
Best time. If you can start when economy is rough and the weather is not the best, then all the other time it will be a breeze :)
-
going to be a hard slog trying to get customers though, bad enough getting a NO NO NO door after door when the economy is good.
-
Don't get knocked back by all the no's you get. Once yer get going it's amazing how many people see you and also your pick up customers by word of mouth. Look out fellahs winters coming.
