Title: Abseiling course

Evening Shiners

I have just picked up a job in the "square mile" but need to go on an abseiling course as some of the winows are too small to jump.
Can any one advise me on a decent course in the London area.

Sorry - it's not quiet as easy as that.

Roped access is very strictly licenced.

But... Irata are the main people - maybe they can advise you better.
