generally i find window cleaning pretty low stress and most of the time things run pretty smoothly but today everything seemed to go wrong!!only little things but annoying all the same!! >:( >:( ;D ;D
first thing got to my first job and realised id forgot all 6 printed invoices for the day!not too much of a problem as i have receipt book in the van but still had to write them all out!
then unwind hose and realised id sprung 2 more leaks!bubbling up all over the place!! >:( >:(
so i taped them up the best i could and cracked on with work.
by dinnertime id snapped the spring in my aqua-daptor so was pinching the hose all afternoon!what a pain!!then a clamp on my slx came unstuck!
anyway finished at 430pm.had enough for one day!!
good news is i got home and found my new replacement microbore waiting for me and not a moment too soon!!thanks alex!
luckily i have another aqua-daptor so ill just swap them over and order some new springs.glue clamp back on and replace the microbore ready for next weeks onslaught!
any of you guys had any problems?lol! ;) ;D ;D ;D
best wishes to you all

No problems for me - ran like clockwork .......... once I found my van keys that fell out of my pocket in the shrubbery on my first job. ::)

had one yesterday ... normally pretty laid back but been using new soft pole hose from gardiners and had doubled the length of the hose so to save unwinding reel as much somehow in between jobs it got all mangled into the hose reel and whatever I tried made it worse plus was bursting for a slash so well stressed ... in the end just cut the fecker to bits and used other pole >:(

Hi guys,
We cover the springs under the warranty (we'd still like them to last longer, we're working on it) so...

dazmond, I've added some Store Credit to your account.

StarM, I think I know who you are, but could you drop me an email to confirm and I'll add some credit to your account as we would have sent you a replacement/extra spring F-O-C.
We offer the springs so that you can order spares if you want to have a few on hand.

thanks paul.very good customer service.i think the aqua-daptor is defo one of the best water fed pole taps on the market.it also lets me work at a faster pace with minimum hose snagging.
i for one will be using your products and gardiners for years to come.
your innovation and passion to make our jobs easier/more efficient(inclu gardiners)coupled with excellent customer service and products should keep you up there with the very best the wfp market has to offer.
i wish you and your company all the best for the future.
regards
