Has anyone got a price per metre for cleaning

2.   Wash down of Facias &  Soffit (Based on 1 clean per year)
3.   Gutter Cleaning (Based on 1 clean per year)

It is something we would be subbing out if we can get the price right.
Theres about 200m and its in Hertfordshire. Its for a building that is grd, 1st & 2nd high.

havent thought of price per metre.

i'm charging £25 a side for anything up to 2 storeys if that helps at all.  seems to get about 50% of enquiries.

That's decent job. If I've understood right it's a 3 storey building. I recently priced a similar sized job at £2.90 per metre (3 storey) for gutter clean only and I got knocked back so someone did it for less.

Even so I would stick to your guns, especially if you want to sub it. I would price at £2.90/m for gutter clean and the same again for the outside clean. This will give £1160 and should allow you to sub it out for £800 whilst taking £360 for yourself.

But no guarantees that the client will go for it ....

We currently clean about 5 or 6 buildings a week of this type of cleaning for one of our customers - 3 storey high etc

I would say £4 per meter.

I charge from £3 to £5 per metre. Depending on height condition etc.
